By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ck447 platform at ck447.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ck447 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ck447 platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP account holders. The term "platform" refers to the ck447 website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, betting markets, promotional features, payment services, and support functions made available through ck447.app.

ck447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ck447 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the ck447 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Access to the ck447 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older. ck447 is an adult-only platform. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You are not accessing the platform as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person who does not meet these eligibility criteria.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a ck447 employee or associated third-party service provider.

Age Verification

ck447 employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification procedures. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before their first withdrawal is processed. ck447 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time, including at account registration.

Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be forfeited. ck447 will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single active account on ck447. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ck447 account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ck447 employs automated systems to detect duplicate account activity, including device fingerprinting and shared payment method analysis. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ck447 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck447 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ck447 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck447 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze your account to prevent further access while the matter is resolved.

KYC Verification

ck447 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification programme. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot confirming bKash or Nagad account registration in your name)

ck447 aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. You will be notified by email once your account has been verified.

Supported Payment Methods

ck447 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. • ck447 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting any deposit that triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review threshold
• Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Platform withdrawal fee: Zero
• Average processing time: 2–4 hours via bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours via bank transfer
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests submitted on Bangladeshi public holidays may experience slight additional processing delays
• ck447 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain value thresholds. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review.

Anti-Money Laundering

ck447 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and financial fraud. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. ck447 is obligated to report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Any player found to be using the ck447 platform for the purpose of laundering funds will have their account immediately closed and all relevant information reported to the appropriate authorities.

ck447 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, and to the general conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All ck447 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from bonus funds — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in that offer's specific terms and conditions. You should not activate any bonus offer unless you have read and accepted its wagering requirements.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal request can include any portion of those funds
• ck447 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-contribution or excluded game types, using a strategy designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically
• ck447 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual bonus offer terms.

Promotional Integrity

Bonuses and promotional offers are made available for genuine player entertainment. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically extract value from promotional offers through artificial play patterns — including, but not limited to, placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes, coordinating with other players, or using automated betting scripts — will be treated as a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.

Each game operates according to the rules defined by its respective provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generation

RNG outcomes are independently tested by third-party testing laboratories to verify statistical fairness. ck447 does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. All bets are final once confirmed. ck447 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that contain manifest pricing errors or where the integrity of an event is in question.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the normal operation of any game, ck447 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amounts to the players' real-money balances. ck447 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction outside its reasonable control.

By using the ck447 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, and the principles of fair and honest play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age information, or payment details at registration or at any subsequent point
• Duplicate accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one ck447 account simultaneously or sequentially under the same or different personal details
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through patterns designed to extract value without genuine gaming intent, including placing offsetting bets or sharing bonus strategies across multiple accounts
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with live games, or otherwise access ck447 platform features
• Money laundering: Using the ck447 platform to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at ck447 support staff or other platform users via any communication channel
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain funds not legitimately won

ck447 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected. During an investigation, access to the account — including deposits and withdrawals — may be temporarily restricted pending resolution. ck447 will communicate the reason for any restriction to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

ck447 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or conduct that triggers ck447's AML review procedures
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to the dormant account policy described below
• Verified receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Death of the account holder — in which case ck447 will work with the estate to return verified balances to legitimate beneficiaries
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring suspension or closure

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your ck447 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. ck447 will process your request within 48 hours and will facilitate the withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placement). Prior to classifying an account as dormant, ck447 will send a notification to the registered email address. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs, subject to the balance remaining above ৳0. Any remaining balance at the time of dormancy classification remains the player's property and will be returned upon a valid withdrawal request following re-verification.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or ck447-initiated for cause — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. ck447 will retain your account data in accordance with its data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. If closure is initiated by ck447 due to a breach of these terms, ck447 reserves the right to retain all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses suffered as a result of that breach, subject to completing a formal investigation and notifying the player of the outcome.
